Hi everyone and welcome!

Today I am sharing a really easy way to make and save chicken broth.  In the next few weeks, I have a great crock pot chicken recipe coming out, and this is a great way to not waste any of the chicken, and also have the option to not have to store tubs of broth in the freezer or refrigerator.

This recipe is also really versatile, especially if you’re looking to cut out unnecessary salt and chemicals,or if you’re completing the Candida Cleanse Diet. Continue reading

Everyone is coming into the office as well, getting their sessions in before going away.  I’m always excited to hear about the wonderful plans you’ve made, or who you’re going to visit. Continue reading

Hi!  I’m so glad you’re here!

I have recently been getting into homemade ice pops, especially when I read the labels for some store-bought versions.  (Lots of secret sugar!  Yikes!).  I mean, sometimes if it’s just sweltering hot, and you’re out for a treat, do what you will.  But, if you have control over what goes into it, the possibilities are endless (and delicious!). DSCF2278 Hello! This week I am (so) excited to share this new recipe with you.  Up until now I had always thought that hot dips were things filled with cheese and cream and that all of the dairy-free versions were packed with nuts.  But, no more! Continue reading
