I’m so glad that it’s the start of a new week, and this carrot dish is just the thing to start it off correctly!  After lots of errands and running around, this is a great addition to any dinner.  When carrots are fresh and they cook a little they get sweet and more soft, and the tahini sauce isn’t too thick or overpowering, but really complements the carrots to make them the star of the dish.  Sauces or additions to foods shouldn’t hide them, it should showcase the ingredients and encourage them along. Hummus is always a great staple, especially for lunches and take-along snacks.  It’s full of protein, and fills you up.  On Wednesdays I’ve been trying to share a few different food ideas for while completing the 30-Day Candida Cleanse.  Hummus is always a big part of this cleanse for me, and there are so many ways to adjust it to accommodate the different requirements that today, I’m sharing two variations. Hello!  It’s great to be starting off another week!  The recipe I’m sharing today was inspired by the seasonal farmer’s markets that spring up in our area.  (I’m pretty sure that most places in Ontario have some version of these).  You can swap the ingredients in and out as you like, and its a really great way to showcase some of your local produce.  (I’ve always struggled with going to the market, and not knowing what to do with all the fresh produce together).  Today, we will overcome this! Lots of different people are able to receive BIE(Bioenergetic Intolerance Elimination) sessions, but the biofeedback analysis testing requires the ability to use the hands/arms, and the ability to follow instructions.  Sometimes, clients aren’t able to participate in this kind of activity due to different conditions (ex: joint/muscular diseases, dementia, etc).  This doesn’t mean that they aren’t able to receive BIE sessions, though.  There is a really easy way for them to still receive accurate biofeedback analysis testing to identify energetic stressors.
