Some days, you wake up and feel as though you might die (yes, dramatic) and that the only thing you want is either salty and full of fat or made of chocolate and sugar (which will just turn into fat). I have these days too! But before you despair and either dive into a bag of sugar-death candies or cry in misery while eating organic spelt bread with healthy things on it, today I bring you hope! Hope for something lovely and comforting that you can put in a bowl (the only proper conveyance for comfort foods) and put whatever else you like on it (key criteria: customizable options) but that isn’t full of sugar and won’t make you feel worse after you eat it.
