Hi everyone!  I am sharing a different kind of post today because I had been thinking about it for a little while (read: long while) and I wanted to share some encouragement with you today!

I love to write about health and discovering new things that will help you along that journey in like (see:  the 80/20 Approach), but I also want you to know that I’m right there with you; learning, trying things, trying other things when those new things don’t work, etc.  Not just in health, but in my career, life, etc.  This website was originally set up as a place where I could talk to you about Bioenergetic Intolerance Elimination (BIE), but I never guessed when I started it how much I would learn or be able to do!

Now that all the clocks have successfully fallen back and the daylight hours are shorter, we can all be confident that fall is in full swing!  Fall is such an excellent time of year!  With lots of cold weather crops coming in (pumpkins, apples, squash, arugula, etc), there’s no shortage of baking inspiration.  But you have to beware the food rut.  Eating the same thing every day out of habit and not so much because it’s beneficial for you is no fun.  For a while I had been wracking my brain about what I could make that could be either a dessert or a breakfast (with a few tweaks), and I’m so glad to be sharing this new recipe with you today!
