Hi everyone! I trust you are having such a great day, and if you’re anywhere near Toronto that you are embracing the November snow with Canadian zeal!
You may have noticed that there have been some recent changes to the website! Today is the day that I want to tell you all about it.
1. The New Logo!
Yes, it is fresh off the press! A new logo for all BIE practitioners to use! (I know I mentioned it in another post, but I felt it warranted being mentioned again, since we’re going with the “new” theme today!) I’m so grateful that there are talented graphic designers out there, because I am always baffled about how to make things like that, and so I am very glad to have it made by them. You’ll see this new logo on my Facebook page, too!
This page has been updated a bit, using more straightforward language in explaining what BIE is, how it works, and how it can work for you. It’s always nice when things are simple to understand. There’s also a handy new table outlining a host of symptoms that can be stressor-related. (ie. symptoms your body expresses in response to a bioenergetic intolerance). Things you might not even think that BIE could help your body to address! (Ex: headaches, insomnia, weight gain, depression, etc).
3. Service Menu
This is potentially my new favorite thing on the website. I talk about it a little bit in the video, but really, I am so excited to share these with you. There are 15 brand new “balance” packages for you to choose from. All of them have been tested and reviewed by several BIE practitioners to find the best combination of energetic frequencies, and the results that they are seeing in their clients is so encouraging. BIE is always growing and expanding because it is such a new field. From time to time you might see a new service package added to the list, and I’ll be sure to let you know when that happens. Here is a sample of what some of the packages are about: Stress Balance, Energy/Stamina Balance, Reproductive Balance, and Thyroid Balance.
This is the part I was most trepidatious about. (Yes, “trepidatious” is a real word. And fitting for this section, too!) Probably since before I even launched this website in May, I had been thinking about how I could reach out in a more personal way and let you know what was going on with BIE, maybe share some fun things with you from outside my office (recipe experiments, Christmas treats, things I’ve discovered and liked) and generally let you all come together to learn more about the BIE community, but also about being well and getting the most out of your 80/20 approach to wellness! I got in front of the camera so many times and chickened out. But, it’s all part of the growing process, and I’m doing it because I really want to share this stuff with you. So, I was motivated by that (and also because I know you aren’t all able to come into my office and chat, so this was the next best thing). I’d be so glad if you could subscribe to the channel, and if you watch the first video, give it a thumbs up too! Let me know on Twitter what kinds of things you’d like to see me do in the future, and maybe you’ll see them on that channel! Baking segments? Have a recipe you’re scared to try but want me to try it first? Reviews? (It can be daunting to detox your beauty products without some help, so send along your requests!) Anyway, let me know!
Those are all the new things right now!
Excited about the new service menu? Let me know in the comments below which one was the most surprising for you to see!
Thanks everyone! Take care, and have a great day!
