Probably more than a year ago a friend gifted us with a bar of soap from the Rocky Mountain Soap Company.  It was this lovely cinnamon orange soap, and the specialness of the soap isn’t just in how it works, but also in what’s not in it.  (Really, if I was left to my own devices I would have loads more from this shop than I do).  Recently, you might have seen my recipe for Glorious Bruschetta-Style Tomato Flax Flatbread (Gluten Free!), in which I mentioned a trip to Banff.  Well, this was another stop along that same trip.  We stopped in Banff for dinner after walking around Lake Louise, and the Rocky Mountain Soap Company has a store there (I’ve discovered that a lot of things in Alberta are named after the Rocky Mountains, and I don’t mind one bit!).  When we went there, I picked up a few things that I wanted to share with you today!
